Hello. Why all this effort? What's the purpose?

I know the era of websites is over. But I want to create an archive. The purpose of the archive won't be primarily information, because we're in a time where artificial intelligence is unmatched in terms of the quantity of information. What I'm trying to do here is create a high-quality archive.

So how do I define the word ' quality ' here?

First, I should introduce myself. I am a doctor. After completing my internal medicine residency, I decided to fight aging and became a geriatrician .

My interest in and involvement with age-related diseases means I spend a significant portion of my academic time reading about these topics. I've decided to add another step to this reading process by sharing my experience.

I also wanted to write something human-like, in defiance of the "dead internet theory," which is a concern for me. Because there's something we often forget: artificial intelligence is not only our teacher but also our student.
